This year apart from having a core of excellent instructors and friends from Sacred Spring, we would like to extend a long overdue welcome   to Terry Coughtrey Shihan 6th Dan Zen Kempo Ryu Jujitsu. Terry is our original Jujitsu instructor teaches quality, effective, no-nonsense Jujitsu, and seldom disappoints
