Photography and Video Policy

In the past, we have had problems with seminar attendees photographing and filming other attendees and instructors without their agreement and posting the pictures and footage around the internet in an ill considered manner.

It is with regret that this year we have had to make the decision that, there will be no photography or video or other filming permitted during the seminar.

There will be an official photographer who will take pictures throughout the course who you can also ask to take specific pictures.

There will a DVD produced the seminar which will be available at a sensible cost.

All photos will be made available to all attendees a few days after the seminar once they have been vetted.

Any person, other than those appointed by KSOMA, found using a camera or filming equipment of any description (including mobile phones) without exception will be asked to leave the seminar without refund.
